 I started my yoga journey quite late in life—but as they say, better late than never. Since then, I’ve been fairly consistent and regular with the classes, and I genuinely look forward to them every day.

Over time, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my overall health and daily routine. Dr. Bhat gives individual attention to each student and ensures that we continue to improve our postures. His guidance and supervision are truly exceptional—he gives more than 100% in every session.

At the same time, as practitioners, it’s equally important for us to be punctual, stay consistent, and keep challenging ourselves instead of remaining in our comfort zones.
